It's nice.

It is a very nice place to live. Office staff and maintenance are great! The only thing that I feel would improve the place would be an update of the appliances as they are extremely old and showing their age.

It's quiet. For the buildings to be old, they need some work but for the most part they have been well kept. I have noticed that some units have ceiling fans, the unit I have does not have them but I am hoping to receive a couple soon. Closet space is nice and although the bathrooms( facebowl and toilet area)are small, I do enjoy that the shower area is separated and roomy.

It's a good place. Kind of quiet. Appearance is everything. Maybe redo the trash fences and see if you are can get better looking trash receptors. Appliances, make sure all apartments have up to date matching appliances and ceiling fans.

We transfered from out of state and office staff was absolutley wonderful in helping our transition go smoothley! Maintenance is always there when you need them. I would recommend Kingston Village to anyone who wants a quiet family atmosphere! Having 2 swimming pools is awesome, and the new work out equipment saves money we would have to pay to the gym. It is also very nice living across the street from the Southern Hills Park which offers tennis courts, walking trails, and a great playground. We have been here 7 months and love it! Thanks for the great job you do everyday to make sure your tenants are happy!!!!!!!!

Its like one big family...

I love it. I have been here every since i have lived in Shreveport. Lived in 4 different units for various reasons I had to change size of apartments, but I am still here. I tried to look elsewhere a year ago, but realized that Kingston Village offered more than what glamorous apartments offer: microwave, guest coat closet, window in the kitchen, walk in closets, spacious kitchens, quick maintenance responses, on site laundry facility ( if you need one), etc. I recommend Kingston Village all the time.

Its a very nice apartment complex compared to some of the apartments ive stayed in ,in the past.
